Step One - Pay your deposit
Go to our store page HERE and pay your Guardians of the Flame deposit of £250. The full conference fee is £525
Our cancellation policy is as follows.
Full refunds less a cancellation fee of £50 until 28th March.
After March 28, since we will have paid a non-refundable deposit to various venues, refunds will be determined once a full accounting is done after the event. We must all share the burden of the non-refundable deposit.
Step Two - Book your hotel

Step Three - Pay the final balance by 30th April
Go to our store page HERE and pay your Guardians of the Flame final payment of £275.
