Who’s it for
It’s for like-minded Chairs who understand the Calling, it doesn’t matter who you’re branded by - our GOF community is welcoming to all who serve the same Purpose.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a current Chair or not.
Three categories of Chair are invited to join us, the common factor being that all have been a Chair of a launched Vistage or TEC group at some point in their career:
1. Current US Vistage Chairs
These will be Chairs with a minimum of 10 years tenure as of September 2026.
2. Current Vistage/TEC Chairs from the Rest of the World
These will be Chairs with a minimum of 5 years tenure as of September 2026.
3. Former Vistage/TEC Chairs.
A minimum of 10 years as a US chair or 5 years as a RoW Chair in total, i.e., the total time you have served as an active Chair for Vistage plus other organisations.
The difference in tenure reflects the differing maturity of the markets.
What it is
It’s a Retreat for Chairs run by Chairs.
It’s a time for connection and reflection.
An opportunity to deepen bonds of friendship and make new ones.
A special time for some wonderful experiences with people you respect but seldom meet.
It’s an opportunity to spend time with a talented and thoughtful community. It’s for conversations about ourselves as people.
It started online during COVID and has just held its second in-person event in Edinburgh
It is intentionally smaller than Keepers of the Flame, to create a more intimate setting
What it isn’t
Anything to do with the corporate organisations
Organised by Keepers of the Flame or Nurturers of the Spark (NUTS)
Time to talk about filling groups or other such operational stuff
